Derma Roller creates microscopic channels in the skin, so-called micro-damages, which increases the production of collagen and elastin, which slows down the aging of the skin. Thanks to micro-perforation of the outer layer of the skin, active ingredients penetrate much deeper than with daily use of cosmetics. After applying active substances to the skin, only 0.03% to 3% of the substances are transported. After using the derma roller, active substances are absorbed 3000% more. The skin stimulation is mild, so the skin's reproductive cells and blood vessels remain unharmed.
It must be remembered that each roller must be sterilely closed, so that each customer can see before the treatment that the roller used for the treatment has not been used by others. Rollers must be in their original packaging.

Systematic microperforation of the epidermis is a safe form of skin stimulation that stimulates its regeneration and, as a result, increases skin density.
Already after the first treatment, your skin will be tighter and stronger. After intensive therapy, you can achieve firmer and younger skin. The effect is fully visible after 24 hours. The number of treatments that need to be performed for maximum effect depends on the individual condition of the skin.

Treatments should be performed after anesthesia with Emla cream, depending on the client's sensation. One must be prepared for the possibility of bleeding on the skin surface and the formation of crusts. After each treatment, the roller must be washed under running water and disinfected, and before the treatment, the roller must also be disinfected, e.g. with AHD. The treatment can be performed on physiological saline.
